DELIVERY INFORMATION
When will your order be delivered?
We send all Products to UK customers via a recorded delivery service. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and in any event (to allow for processing and fraud checks) within 3 working days to the UK and 15 working days to the rest of Europe and the Rest of World.
Shirt printing may take an additional 5 working days.
It is our policy to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, and for orders being delivered to the mainland UK we do aim to deliver within 1-3 working days following dispatch, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit, so please allow sufficient time thereafter for delivery. Under exceptional circumstances please allow up to 28 days from the date of the dispatch confirmation for orders to arrive. Refunds or Replacements for missing items will not be placed until this allotted time has expired.
Although we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken by the online shop if the items are not suitable in size when ordered through the Online Store. Please see the Returns section for more information on returns.
Weekend Delivery
All orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be processed but not despatched until Monday 3pm and will be received the following working day by 1PM.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will be dispatched on a date specified by the item product description. Next Day delivery will not apply on items marked for pre-order.
Online Exclusive Items
Items marked as online exclusive may not be available in-store. These products are shipped from an external supplier. Orders placed for other items may be sent separately to this item. Please allow additional delivery time for purchases of this item. Next day delivery may not apply.
DPD Next Day Delivery
DPD Expresspak - £5.95
Dispatched by DPD Next Day. Orders must be placed by 2pm on a weekday and will be received the following working day by 1pm.
It is the customer's responsibility to make themselves available for delivery. If an order is unable to be delivered, it will be made available for collection at your local DPD collection point. After this, your parcel will be returned back to us whereby we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund if you no longer wish to receive the parcel. If parcels have to be re-sent an additional postage fee may be incurred.
Certain items may be excluded from Next Day Delivery. These include but are not limited to, personalised items, signed items, items requiring framing and online exclusive items. Where applicable some orders which include multiple items may be dispatched separately.
If the order is placed the day before or on a bank holiday, the order will be dispatched on the next available working day to be received the following day.
Click & Collect
When you have completed your order you will receive two emails from us.
One to confirm your order has been placed and a further email to confirm your order is ready to be collected from your chosen location at either The Hornets Shop at Vicarage Road Stadium or the Watford FC Shop at the Watford Atria Shopping Centre.
When you collect your order we require a copy of your order confirmation or ready for collection email.
Orders placed before 9AM will be available to collect from 12PM the following working day.

International Customs and Duty Charges
All sales of goods abroad are now treated as exports. Orders placed outside the UK may incur customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country they are sending to, the value of the item and whether it is a gift or commercial goods. These payments are payable by the customer and no charge will be made to Watford FC.
Commercial goods sent to the EU with a value between £10* and £150 may be subject to import VAT and may incur a handling fee in the receiving country.
Commercial goods sent to the EU over £150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a handling fee.
